Job Title: Coach Driver

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
We are currently seeking experienced and professional Coach Drivers to get in touch. As a Coach Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service throughout the journey.

Coach Driver Responsibilities:
Operate and drive coaches in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers throughout the journey, including assisting with boarding and alighting as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the coach interior, including regular checks for any defects or issues.
Provide courteous and helpful assistance to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Keep accurate records of driving hours, mileage, and any incidents or accidents that occur during shifts.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanour, representing the company positively to customers and the public.
Coach Driver Requirements:
Must hold a Valid UK Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
Must Hold a PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) license with Category D entitlement.
Be a Digital Tachograph Card Holder or willing to obtain one.
Proven experience as a Coach Driver, with a clean driving record.
Excellent knowledge of UK roadways and traffic regulations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A commitment to safety and reliability, with a proactive approach to passenger satisfaction.
Good physical condition, as the role may involve some lifting and carrying of luggage.
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, prioritizing passenger welfare always.
