The Ideal Candidate:
Experience teaching Science up to KS5;
Strong commitment to becoming involved in the school community;
Experience supporting and differentiating for students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN);
Effective management of classroom behaviour to keep students engaged in their work;
Ability to connect with and support lower ability students;
Compassionate and empathetic nature.
