We are currently working in partnership with a Manufacturing Business based in St Mellons, who are looking to employ a permanent Manufacturing Compliance Administrator to join their supportive team in an exciting new position.

The successful candidate will assist company compliance activities to ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards by implementing, reviewing and monitoring the organisation's processes, procedures, products and services.

Manufacturing Compliance Administrator Benefits

Salary of up to £30,000
Yearly bonus up to 10% of annual salary (up to £3000 for this role depending on salary offered)
Hybrid working
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm but can be flexible (e.g. 8am to 4pm, 8.30am to 4.30pm)
24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays with Christmas shutdown

Brand New State of the Art Offices and Free ParkingManufacturing Compliance Administrator Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor internal non-conformances, updating the register, carrying out non-conformance investigations and following-up on corrective actions
Providing data analysis on internal non-conformances, identifying and subsequently carrying out overarching investigations into significant trends
Monitoring change requests, ensuring relevant evidence is collated on submission, sending requests out for approval, following up on implementation actions and sending out regular updates
Day to day running of the document control process
Monitoring the approved supplier list
Undertaking projects relating to document control, liaising with other departments to ensure appropriate review and re formatting of old documents
Any other responsibilities regarding compliance as required
Responsible for following all company procedures and policies in line with our compliance management system and to report any concerns of noncompliance immediately
Responsibility for taking reasonable care of yourself and others who may be affected by your actions or omissions. Manufacturing Compliance Administrator Essential Experience/Qualifications

Experience in a quality or compliance-related field is essential, ideally within an industry where compliance to ISO standards is required
Experience of document control
Knowledge of Microsoft packages and systems, including Office and SharePoint
The ability to collate and simplify large amounts of data quickly and efficiently
Excellent attention-to-detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience working with SAP is desirable but not essential
