LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Management Information Analyst to provide analytical support and insight to support the management of a range of operational delivery teams. You will need experience of understanding and analysing data, presenting complex information in a simple and transparent way as well as reporting and data visualisation. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to simply and effectively communicate complex data to a range of audiences, both verbally and in writing are essential in this role. You will also need to be able to demonstrable understanding of key statistical and probability principles. The successful candidate will be someone who is passionately curious and enjoys the challenge of digging into the detail, drawing out key insights, with the ability to work just as well independently as when part of a team. You will need to have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with an understanding of key features that include advanced formulae, lookups, pivot tables and charts.
Working collaboratively across multiple business functions to deliver coherent management information to decision makers;
Creating and maintaining professional reports and dashboards to deliver concise, accurate and timely MI on processing volumes, utilisation, profitability and success rates across all products and services;
Preparation of key activity data and delivery of reporting metrics that monitor a range of departments to support operational management teams;
Creating, maintaining and working with large, complex data sets that can be used to underpin continuous improvement activity across our products;
Continually developing knowledge of our customers and their customers' behaviours as a key underpinning of our service capability;
Point of contact for ad-hoc reporting to design and develop operational reports for internal stakeholders and customers;
Provide insight & recommendations for process and product improvement opportunities.Skills & Experience
