Senior Employee Relations Advisors

An exciting opportunity for two Senior Employee Relations Advisors to join a leading financial services organisation. They are one of the UK's most reputable financial institutions, who are renowned for its commitment to community values, customer service excellence and employee well-being. They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Senior Employee Relations Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract at this incredible company.

As a Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in coaching and enabling their business leaders to make well-informed people decisions. You will provide best practice guidance on employee engagement through a consistent and high-quality Employee Relations service.

Key responsibilities include:

Coaching and Support: Empowering business leaders in people decision-making.
Employee Relations: Managing complex ER cases to resolution.
Organizational Design and Change: Supporting initiatives and using people data to drive proactive actions.
Policy and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to employment legislation and internal policies.
Communication: Facilitating effective communication between employees and management.

About you:

Significant experience in an HR function.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and handling complex ER cases.
Practical experience with HR systems.
Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
A proactive, challenging, and self-motivated approach.
