Location: Dubai
Salary: £20,000 - £100,000 uncapped with 35% commission on all properties listed
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic private property specialist based in both the UK and Dubai who are looking to recruit a Property Relationship Manager on a permanent basis due to growth based in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Attract property owners to list their properties for sale
Show prospective buyers around a variety of properties
Ensure any sales are closed and all business activities and documents comply with RERA laws and practices
Designate yourself two geographic areas where you will work and become an “expert”
Mandatory attendance of all company meetings & Training
Update CRM about the progress of listing, leads and ongoing deal
Maintain good care of company devices and property
You may also be requested to work on some occasions at weekends or in the evenings to fit in with clients viewing requirement.
The company may, at any time, require you to undertake any additional or different duties which fall within your capabilities. In such a case appropriate training will be provided to you, to enable you to fulfil these duties
Achieve individual monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management
Complete all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property including preparation and execution of sales agency agreements and advertising materials
Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising with other related businesses and colleagues
Be responsible for the accuracy and media insertions in relation to the marketing of a property
Endeavor to maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets
Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
To perform your duties to a high professional and ethical standard
To maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
End to end management of sales transaction

Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to their work
Able to work & perform in a target-driven sales environment
Knowledge of the Dubai property market (desirable)
