Our client seeks an Area Manager to oversee a cluster of care homes in South West Wales, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
As an Area Manager, you'll provide leadership and guidance to Home Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and success across all care homes. Your role will involve driving operational excellence, motivating staff, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
