Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking passionate Secondary School Cover Supervisors to join our team in Rhondda Cynon Taf. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom of students aged 11 to 16+, ensuring they remain engaged in set work. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of departments and age ranges on a daily basis, offering extra support to lower ability pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a classroom of students, ensuring they remain engaged in set work
Working with a variety of departments and age ranges, offering extra support to lower ability pupils
Requirements:

CACHE Level 3, HTLA qualification, or at least 6 months of experience
Specialisation in your field
Experience working with additional learning needs and/or challenging behaviour
Confidence in managing a diverse classroom of students
Effective communication skills with young people
Ability to manage behaviour and keep students engaged in work
Flexibility to work in different departments and with different age ranges
