The Role - Facilities Maintenance Electrician
Duties will involve:
Supporting the facilities maintenance activities and upkeep of the facility
Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive work
Supporting non-routine work such as building life cycle activities or changes to the building
Escorting contractors as required
Inspecting sub-contractor work and ensuring corrective actions are followed up
Completing job sheets
Your Background - Facilities Maintenance Electrician
To be considered for this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate:
Electrical competence
Previous facilities maintenance experience including electrical, ventilation and BMS
Practical knowledge of health and safety including safe systems of work, COSHH, risk assessments and lone working
Completion of a recognised electrical apprenticeship or an equivalent City & Guilds electrical qualification
