LINKS Recruitment Group present a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician to work within a well-established company who are continuously growing due to company success.
The role:
You will be working within a team, carrying out PPM’s and maintenance on a range of production machinery.
* Compliance with Company Environmental, Health and Safety procedures
* Completion of Planned preventative maintenance tasks
* Maintenance / repair of equipment in breakdown situations.
* Safe isolation of equipment
* Ensure highest levels of housekeeping and cleanliness whilst working
* Liaise across all areas of the organization to achieve production priorities
* Issuing of work permits for site contractors and ensuring contractors are operating in accordance with site rules
The Person:
* Experience in a similar role/industrial experience in a busy manufacturing environment
* Strong Electrical background
* Experience in AC drives/inverters, DC drives/controllers electromechanical and optical sensors
* Some Knowledge of PLC’s power electronics/ electronics and electrical installation
* Knowledge and experience of Fanuc robots would be advantageous
* Knowledge of the Permit to work systems
* Experience of using computer based maintenance systems

Shifts: Days & Afterrnoons role - 6-2 & 2-10
