Production Operative

Clear Sky Recruitment are pleased to be the recruiter of choice for an established manufacturing business based in the Hengoed area. On their behalf we are seeking a Production Operative to join their existing team due to growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Comply with company Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental processes in accordance with ISO requirements and raise any issues of non-conformance
* Assemble, Test and Pack products against required standards, whilst maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency
* Test Products against testing limits to ensure the Safety and Quality of the product.
* Achieve Quality, Cost and Delivery Targets
Key Requirements:
* Able to follow detailed Work Instructions, procedures and standards
* Commitment, Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
* Good Communication and Team Working skills Must exhibit a Positive Progressive Attitude and welcome Continuous Improvement
* Problem Solving Skills
* Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
