Job Title: Landscape Architect
Location: North Devon
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Experience Level: Minimum 3 years

Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience and a proven track record in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) work. You will play a key role in designing and managing a variety of projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they meet the high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage residential and commercial landscape projects from concept to completion.
* Conduct Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) to inform project development.
* Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional landscape designs.
* Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software.
* Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions that are both sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
* Proven experience with Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA).
* Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
* Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or working towards it is desirable.
