Bank Learning Support Assistant - Swansea - £13.33 per hour

A typical day will include:
As a Learning Support Assistant you will play a crucial role in the lives of our young people, supporting our pupil’s educational and personal development. Working closely with our teaching team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impression and impact on the lives of our pupils, supporting them as they overcome challenges and reach their goals.
Providing high quality teaching and learning opportunities using a variety of teaching approaches and activities support pupils to make progress towards their agreed accreditations.
Supporting teachers with the planning, preparation, and assessment of learning opportunities.
Assisting with the planning and implementation of off-site activities.
Assisting pupils who require help during morning routines, lunch/break times or with personal care. Sound good so far? We are looking for people who are passionate about inclusive education, and have:
Qualification in English & Maths;
Ability to relate well to pupils and build positive and respectful relationships that are on a professional level;
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team;
Must be able to show initiative;
Ability to offer personal care in a respectful way.
