Role Responsibilities:
Addressing customer inquiries and identifying their specific needs (no self-generation required)
Utilising a database of pre-qualified leads sourced from inquiries and a dedicated lead generation team
Managing incoming inquiries and providing informed advice on various products and services tailored to clients' requirements
Advising clients on optimal mortgage solutions
Operating in alignment with current regulatory procedures
