The Role: This opportunity is your gateway to joining our Reading team's newly evolved entry-level sales program. Over nine months, you'll engage in intensive learning about our products, the market, and advanced sales techniques. We're dedicated to incorporating the latest science in building resilience, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, and promoting a growth mindset, preparing you to excel in the competitive UK technology market.

Your mission will be to secure and manage technology contracts across various sectors, leveraging your skills to thrive in a competitive landscape.
Offer Details:
* Salary: £28,000 per annum, with potential earnings of £30,000 to £40,000 in the first year, and £40,000 to £60,000 in the second year.

* Start Date: The chosen candidates will start their journey with us on the 1st of July.
* This is an office based role.

**You must be able to drive and a car owner for this role**
Recruitment Process:
Stage 1: In partnership with Phoenix 51, we begin with competency-based interviews and a psychometric strength survey, assessing your fit for the role and identifying your unique strengths.
Stage 2: A dynamic, in-person assessment centre at our Reading office, including role-plays, presentations, group tasks, and a final interview. This stage mirrors the actual job tasks, allowing candidates to showcase their capabilities across different scenarios.
