AR640 - Graduate IT Consultant
Location: Leominster
Salary: £25,000
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support with the implementation of a new IT system
Inhouse support with setting up new PCs/jammed printers etc
Liaison between us and our external IT support helpdesk
Liaison between us and our external website provider
Assist with the rolling out of the new SAP software and barcoding software throughout 2024. Be the liaison person between us and the software partner
Periodic data cleansing
Building of new lighting product codes as new lines are launched
To manage the whole IT system within the business. Know who is doing what and make sure that is in line with our procedures
Keep a manual asset record of who has what PC, laptop etc
Compliance maintenance routines for card payment machines
Anything else that would come under the remit of IT
Skills and Qualifications:
A relevant degree in Information Technology
Attention to detail
Able to work in a team and alone when needed
