Mechanical Fitter.
We have a Contract position for an experienced mechanical fitter who has the following skill sets.
* Use of mobile plant
* Lifting and slinging experience for moving machines, pipework preferably certified
* Use of hand tooling to remove and fit plant
* Use of gas cutting equipment to remove redundant plant
* Good communication skills – directly with clients & other team members & management
* Happy to work away from home for periods of time
* Ability to weld an advantage
* IR35 Status to be confirmed
Rate £12-20 per hour (Depending on Experience)
The above is a general overview of the requirements, fitting knowledge in general ie working to tolerances, ability to see a few steps ahead.
