Accounts Administrator required for my well established client based on the outskirts of Loughborough

Job Types: Full or part time considered

Hours : Monday – Friday

Salary: Negotiable, dependant on experience

Experience : 2-3 Years in accountancy

Responsibilities

* Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors

* Process bank deposits

* Reconcile financial statements

* Prepare, send, and store invoices

* Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments

* Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable

Requirements

* Proven work experience as an account’s administrator or similar role

* Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulation

* Hands-on experience with accounting software bespoke excel accountancy system

* Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)

* Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors

* Good organisational and time management abilities

Skills and Knowledge

* Must have IT skills of Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Good spoken and written communication skills
