Description of the role:
Proactively contacting customers to secure payments within agreed credit terms
Minimising aged debt
Dealing with weekly and monthly invoices and handling invoice queries
Conducting credit checks and setting up new accounts
Managing direct debits and credit card payments
Liaising with multiple departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
Assisting in month-end reporting
Advancing accounts to debt recovery as required.About you:
Experience in Credit Control or a similar role.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and deliver consistent results.
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
