Experienced Bookkeeper – Full Time Position
Duties:
* Maintaining detailed purchase and sale ledgers
* Preparing payment runs
* Dealing with supplier enquiries
* Dealing with customer queries
* Credit control
* Bank reconciliations
* Petty cash reconciliation
* Business credit card reconciliation
* Journal entries
* VAT / PAYE
* Monthly Accounts
* Other daily admin responsibilities : phone calls / filing
* Sage Experience , proficient in purchase / sales ledger bookkeeping
* A good understanding of Microsoft software including word / excel
Requirements:
Bookkeeping 5 years
Sage 50 Accounts Professional : 5 years
Working environment:
This position is available with immediate start for the right applicate who must be able to work in an office based environment under their own initiative and must confident to work alone.
Salary :
