We are recruiting for a temporary finance administrator for our client based between Leominster and Hereford. This is a 3 month temporary assignment with an immediate start.

The successful candidate will have credit control skills alongside administration experience, tenacity, good attention to detail, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.

What you can expect:

* £12.70 per hour

* Working hours: Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week (flexible between 8am & 6pm)

* Temporary role with an immediate start

* Approximately 3 month duration

* Free, onsite parking

What you will be doing:

* Liaising on a regular basis with customers and managers to progress the collection of overdue accounts

* Production of dunning letters

* Liaise with financial accountant

* Forecast cash receipts weekly, monthly, and quarterly

* Complete the monthly intercompany reports

* Allocate and process daily all cash

* Generally assisting in the smooth running of the department

What we are looking for:

* Previous experience within a credit control environment

* Good Excel skills

* Good telephone skills

* Able to work as part of a team
