Our client are currently recruiting for a Marketing manager to support our commercial teams through a period of growth.

This is excellent opportunity to work for a well established site producing own label biscuits to all the major retailers including Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, and Lidl in addition to the own brand.

2023 was an amazing year for the company. There have been significant investment into the site and operations, have secured new customers and are positioned to make 2024 their best year ever.

Role Responsibilities | Brand Manager

* Manage key product portfolios and contribute to NPD/EPD pipeline ensuring excellence in execution.

* Work alongside the wider commercial team owning performance, identifying opportunities, and ultimately driving business growth for the brand.

* Develop brand content and campaign plans, implement and drive all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

* Develop shopper marketing and category management initiatives to deliver the shopper brand experience at the point of purchase within the retail environment.

* Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications of products.

* Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products and activity in the marketplace

* Drive New Product Development initiatives from concept through to launch, in the process unifying and motivating cross-functional teams against common goals.

* Involvement in packaging development.

Requirements

* Experience of Brand Management working within a FMCG business

* Shopper marketing and category management knowledge.

* Positive, solution focused and result oriented.

* Strong time management.

* Able to communicate and influence at all levels.

* Launch of new products

* Working with key UK Retailers, Customer-facing experience
