Salary c £52K per annum. Fully Supernumerary
Experts2care are seeking an experienced, Nurse qualified Deputy Manager to join the team of this prestige nursing home that provides high standards of specialist care. It is part of a care home group proud of their family ethos and luxury quality homes.

Supporting the team
Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence
Ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors
What you'll bring: Previous management and elderly care experience in Nursing Home settings is preferred, Strong, supportive, and clear leadership skills, Staff management experience, Knowledge of drug administration protocols, A good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards, Sound understanding of relevant Clinical Governance standards and documentation, Nursing qualification and PIN.
