NonStop's client, located in the West Midlands, is searching for a new Team Manager to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Support and manage a small group of Social Workers in the Sandwell area
Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when neededRequirements:
Registered with Social Work England
A driver
Experience as a team manager within Fostering
Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
