Exciting opportunity!
We are looking for x2 FLT Counterbalance Drivers to work in the Rothley, Leicester area and become a part of our vital team. We offer genuine 12-week temp-to-perm contracts with flexible shift options.
Shifts available:
- Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 paying £11.45ph
- 4 on 4 off 2 days 06:00-18:00 2 nights 18:00-06:00 paying £14.31ph
Job Role:
- Move pallets from the end of the production line to the warehouse to get loaded.
- Loading and unloading products from lorries
- Operate FLT trucks safely and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectation.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any faults.
- Identify and report any product damage or quality deficiencies.
- Move all finished good pallets in a timely manner to prevent any stoppage in converting production.
- Carry out any other reasonable request and support the colleagues in case of need.
- To ensure a high level of housekeeping of the working area is maintained throughout the shift.
- To ensure health & safety rules are adhered to.
- Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed.

Requirements:
- Valid counterbalance FLT license
- Previous experience in paper manufacturing preferred
- Strong work ethic with keen attention to detail
