My client is actively seeking an M&E Asset Surveyor to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in delivering essential insights into the condition of M&E and Building Fabric assets for diverse clients across various sectors. Your duties will encompass conducting Mechanical and Electrical and/or Building Fabric surveys on client's properties nationwide. This involves validating, tagging, and meticulously recording assets, confirming their locations, and assessing their condition through comprehensive visual inspection. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing assessments of their life expectancy.

Essential Requirements:

Proficient understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Systems and Building Fabric.
HNC/NVQ/HND qualification or similar Building or Engineering professional qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
Knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations, SFG20, and CIBSE standards.
Possession of a valid UK driving licence.
Extensive experience in conducting condition surveys covering M&E and/or Building Fabric assets.
Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to proficiently use Excel and quickly adapt to other internal software platforms.Desirable:

High-level qualification in a Building Fabric or Building Engineering Services discipline.
Prior experience in customer-focused environments.
Familiarity with health and safety legislation.
Track record in effectively managing asset projects.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.The Ideal Candidate:
