Job Title: Multi Trader - Property Services
Location: West Midlands
Type: Permanent
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

They prioritise delivering top-notch services to ensure the safety and well-being of their clients.
Responsibilities:
Repairs and Renovations: Execute a variety of repair and renovation tasks in care homes, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all repair and renovation work meets the client's standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with care home staff and management to understand their needs, provide updates on ongoing work, and address any concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Multi-Trade Skills: Proficiency in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance, with a strong emphasis on carpentry or plumbing.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in a care home or similar setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of repair and renovation processes.
Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. A valid driving licence is required, and access to own tools is preferred.
