If so, Pontem Education & Training have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dedicated team as a Primary School SEN Leader. Our Partner is a warm and welcoming primary school nestled in Birmingham, dedicated to providing an environment where their children, parents and staff are at the heart of everything they do. Role Overview As a SEN Leader, you will work in partnership with the Strategic Leadership Team to create an achievement culture where all children receive a high-quality education and have the opportunity to make at least good progress in order to achieve their maximum potential by co-ordinating and monitor the delivery of SEND provision throughout the school. Teach SEND children as required by the Strategic Leadership Team in KS1 or KS2. Key Responsibilities of the SEND Leader

Support teachers and learning support staff in the identification of the most effective teaching approaches for pupils with SEND
Monitor teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of pupils with SEND
Identify and teach study skills that will develop pupils' ability to work independently.
Liaise with other schools to ensure continuity of support and learning when transferring pupils with SEND. Requirements:
Experience working with students with SEN.
Strong understanding of different SEN conditions, learning styles, and strategies for differentiation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
Passion, empathy, and dedication to making a difference in the lives of children with SEN.What's on Offer

Salary - MPR-UPR (£30,000-£46,525p/a)
