The ideal NDEA will have:
Level 4/5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Willingness to travel to sites on certain days
Knowledge and experience with IES-VE or Design BuilderResponsibilities of the NDEA:
Undertaking site inspections
Issuing Energy Performance Certificates
Completing written reports
Reporting to clients in a professional and timely manner
