Metering and Settlement Analyst - What will you do:
* Monitoring and resolution of all metering and settlement queries
* Cover all non-Half hourly and Half hourly meter types including AMR and Smart metering
* Maintaining appropriate records of all internal & external metering activities.
Metering and Settlement Analyst - What will you need:
* Good Metering knowledge NHH/HH
* Experience working with manages services
* Good customer service skills, willing to pick up the phone to customers
Location: Midlands - Hybrid (one day a week in office)
Salary: £28,000
