Position: Production Manager
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday-Friday (Early finish Friday)
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum with additional benefits

Requirements:
Qualified to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experienced working in a busy production environment.
Experience and knowledge of Laser, plasma and flame cutting processes.
Machine programming experience.
Familiar with up to date health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Management of production staff.
Liaise with sales team and manage production schedules.
Organise all maintenance of crane and machinery.
Purchase of all tools essential for the running of the facility.
Programming laser, flame and plasma cutting machinery.
Ensure health and safety requirements are followed.
Manage and organise recruitment including training staff.
Order materials, update stock and manage invoicing
