Hays Technology are looking for a service desk analyst to join an exciting public sector client's team.

What you will be doing:

First line support
Working on a service desk
Ticket handling and escalation
What we are looking for:

Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous ticketing system experience
Great knowledge of Active Directory
Excellent Trouble shooting skills
Experience using Windows and Exchange Server Admin
