Are you experienced in Leading Supported Living Services?

Have you got experience in commissioning/ setting up new services?

Are you experienced in working and leading services for people diagnosed with Autism, Learning Disabilities?

As the Head of Supported Living Services, you will be leading the business and being the driving force behind the services.

The business is an established Community provider, and they are looking to add Supported Living services to their services.

This role will offer you the opportunity to deliver the highest standard of Support available with having the reputation of an Award-winning business behind you.

As the Head of Supported Living Services, you duties will include:

- Strategic oversight of the supported living service provision

- Liaising with Social Workers, Health professionals

- Ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are met consistently

- Empowering a team to deliver personalised support plans

- Driving continuous improvement and best practice in service delivery

For this Head of Supported Living Services, you will need to possess these Skills & Experiences:

- Proven leadership in a similar setting, with a focus on supported living

- In-depth understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities and autism

- A track record of managing services for individuals with challenging behaviours

- Qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A commitment to person-centred approaches and promoting independence
