The Role of Nurse Manager
As Nurse Manager, your key responsibilities will centre the day-today running of the home, management/induction/training of staff, clinical supervision, care delivery to residents, ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies and procedures.

Duties include:
• To manage the day to day running of the home, ensuring the highest level of care standards are upheld
• To maintain occupancy levels within the service
• To assist with the recruitment for the home
• To support service users to ensure that their physical, social and emotional needs are met
• Adhere to CQC standards across the board
• Take an active role in selling the home

What you will need for this role:
• Proven home management experience (5 years)
• Knowledge of CQC standards
• Experience/Knowledge of working with the elderly
