ROLE: RMN NURSE
LOCATION: GLASGOW, SCOTLAND
SALARY: £18.43 - £20.88/Hour + Company Benefits
HOURS: 42 hours/week – Set Shift Pattern
Coben Healthcare is excited to provide ongoing support to one of the UK’s Largest Employee-Owned Care Companies with their latest Registered Nurse RMN vacancy, to work in their purpose built Low Secure Forensic Hospital in Glasgow.
Set shift pattern - 12.25 hours / shift
Week 1: Mon, Thurs, Fri
Week 2: Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun

About You:
· You will have an Active NMC PIN (RMN)
· You will have Mental Health Sector Experience
· You will have experience working in a Mental Health hospital or nursing home setting
· Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly / Mental health sector
· Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously
· Excellent IT, Communication and interpersonal Skills
Your Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life
* Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet resident’s physical, social and psychological needs
* Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, in accordance with company policies and current legislation
* Build the positive reputation of the Business; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively
* Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
