Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Gas and Electrical Service Manager. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of all heating and hot water systems, that cover Gas and Electrical Servicing, repairs, and installations.
Gas and Electrical Service Manager Responsibilities:
Plan and co-ordinate the annual gas and Electrical servicing
Promote a culture of quality and service accessibility
Liaise with the Customer Contact Team to ensure work is effectively planned
Actively manage complaints for service area as well as support others
Be a point of contact for suppliers
Gas and Electrical Service Manager Details:
Salary: £39,000 PA + £1,680 Car allowance
Schedule: 37.5 hours a week
Location: Birmingham
Gas and Electrical Service Manager Requirements:
Proven experience in managing gas and electrical servicing, including repairs, within the housing sector.
Demonstrated expertise in managing heating and hot water installations.
Experience in project management related to renewable energy upgrades.
The ability to effectively balance cost, quality, and quantity in service delivery
