Established Car Parking Management Company, with extensive and comprehensive experience in the UK parking control industry. Currently manage and operate in over 500 car parks across the UK, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven telesales executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the telesales executive will drive the sales opportunities for the business.

Responsible for seeking out and qualifying new sales and development leads and driving the efficiency, revenue, customer service, client relationships, profitability, and performance of the portfolio of car parks.

Working with our operations & sales team to devise and support commercial campaigns, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Role based onsite - Birmingham City centre location.

Responsibilities:
• Point of contact, engaging with prospective clients, and actively identifying your own pipeline of qualified leads through networking, prospecting, client, and customer calling.
• Present sales pipeline leads to the Senior Management Team (SMT) members to facilitate the successful acquisition and closure of development/ sales opportunities.
• Carrying out sales administrative tasks, such as keeping the CRM up to date with qualified sales leads and development opportunities.
• To carry out online, site and market research into trends, leads and or opportunities for business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and maximise opportunities.
• Support the Sales Director to proactively identify areas of improvement to optimise sales performance, tariff performance, area performance and customer incentives of our group car park portfolio.
• Support internal sales campaigns to proactively identify areas of improvement to optimise sales performance, tariff performance, area performance and customer incentives of our group car park portfolio, in line with operational management.
• Work with external customers and third-party partners within the industry to grow new business development streams.

What we are looking for:
• Proven track record in sales, lead generation and growing sales pipelines, with a minimum of one year of demonstrable sales experience.
• Proficient in Administration with the ability to use CRM systems.
• Proficient in using IT systems and packages, including Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent communication, telephone manner and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience within a car park or facilities management industry background would be advantageous.

Experience:
• Business development/sales: 1 year minimum (preferred)
