I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade for a temporary contract working on social housing properties carrying out reactive maintenance and refurbishing Tenaned and properties around the Coventry Area.
The role of the Carpenter Multi Trade will involve entering tenanted social housing properties carrying out day to day repairs and refurbishments utilising your skillset, which should include:
Carpentry
Basic Plumbing
Tiling
Patch Plastering
Decorating
Ideally, I want to speak to Carpenter Multi Trades that have:
Experience in social housing
Own Transport
and in return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:
£21 Per Hour
Overtime and Callout rates
Possible Permanent Position after 12 weeks
