Site Manager
* Main Contractor
* Listed/Heritage Project
* Commercial to Residential Conversion
* Permanent: Up to £54,000 + Car Allowance
* Site based in Warwickshire
* Start Date: May 2024
We are currently searching for a Site Manager to join a main contractor who specialise in listed/heritage schemes. The initial project will see the part demolition and alterations to an existing commercial building to make way for 70 new residential units, comprising of apartments and townhouses.
As Site Manager you will:
* Ensure health and safety compliance on-site.
* Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
* Monitor and control project budgets.
* Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
* Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders.
* Manage human and material resources efficiently.
* Proactively identify and address project issues.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
* Ensure environmental compliance throughout construction.
* Foster positive client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Experience required:
* Listed building experience is essential
* Experience working on change-of-use projects would be advantageous
* Main contracting background would be preferred but specialist contractors will be considered
* Candidates must hold SMSTS, CSCS Managerial and First Aid as a minimum
