Structural Engineer
Location: Coventry
Salary: up to £55k DOE
This is hybrid role with regular work onsite at the Coventry site.
A local manufacturer of bespoke eco-friendly building solutions are looking to add a talented structural Engineer to their established team in Coventry.
Purpose of Role – Structural Engineer
You will:
* Conduct structural analysis and design calculations to ensure the structural integrity of timber buildings.
* Collaborate with architects and designers to develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions.
* Perform site visits and assessments to gather necessary data and assess the existing conditions.
* Create detailed structural drawings and specifications for construction purposes.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Candidate requirements – Structural Engineer
The ideal candidate must come from the construction industry as a Structural or Civil Engineer. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
* Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
* IEng or Near chartered CEng with the IStructE or ICE
* Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Masterseries
* Clean UK Driving Licence
