Male PE Teacher - Sept 2024

We at Twenty4Seven Education are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Male PE Teacher to join one of our esteemed secondary schools in Coventry.
As a Male PE Teacher, you will have the chance to instill a love for physical activity and promote healthy lifestyles among students.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that cater to students' interests, abilities, and fitness levels.

Organize and lead a variety of sports and recreational activities, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitudes towards physical fitness.
*
Provide instruction on proper techniques, safety guidelines, and rules of various sports and activities.
*
Differentiate instruction to accommodate students with diverse learning needs and abilities, ensuring all students have the opportunity to participate and succeed.
*
Assess student performance and progress in physical skills, fitness levels, and sportsmanship, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
*
Collaborate with colleagues to organize inter-school competitions, sports events, and extracurricular activities to promote a culture of physical activity and healthy competition.
Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in physical education.
*
Strong background in sports and fitness, with expertise in coaching and leading various sports and activities.
*
Experience working with students of varying ages and abilities in a physical education setting (preferred but not required).
*
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
*
Commitment to promoting the benefits of physical activity and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all students.
