Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Coventry based client in their search for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join them on an initial 12 month contract basis. You will be working as part of a successful finance team and will be responsible for taking ownership of the credit control function of the business, whilst leading an established team. My client is looking for proven leader with a passion for credit control, and demonstrable experience of delivering projects within a fast paced environment. This position offers hybrid working.
Daily duties and experience required includes:
* Ability to motivate team members with one to one meetings/appraisals
* Implementing process improvements to ensure best practices are maintained
* Start to finish ownership of the credit control function of the business
* Ensuring cash collection targets are delivered consistently and to deadlines
* Supporting with the recruitment of new team members
* Compiling reports for senior management
* Management of escalated queries
