Are you looking for the next step in your career? If so, I am currently recruiting for a Reception Manager to join a thriving, established 4* hotel.
As Reception Manager, some of the main duties involved are –
Effectively managing the day-to-day operation of the front desk and the front desk team, implementing and maintaining brand standards
Being highly interactive with customers gaining feedback on service levels, facilities and overall satisfaction whilst efficiently handling guest problems or complaints
Checking and ensuring room allocation and the pre arrival process is followed and completed to set standard
Financial management including the ability to understand P&L statements, budgets, payroll as well as rostering and compliance
Hiring, training and developing the team
As Reception Manager, you will –
Have experience in a fast-paced reception management environment with the ability to work well under pressure
Provide leadership which utilises the full potential of the team
Review and improve quality and service standards
Be eager to learn and progress within their career
Experience using Opera is preferred but not essential
As Reception Manager, you will be contracted to 40 hours per week on any 5 days out of 7, flexible shift patterns and will be paid a salary up to £27,000 per annum. This venue offers a lot of development, opportunity and growth options.
