Job Title: Senior Support Worker
Type: Permanent, full time (flexibility needed and shift times)
Salary: £12.95-£14.55 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)  
 
Our client already holds a huge presence in the Children's sector and understands the importance of the ongoing support required within this community. You will be supporting up to 4 children between the ages of 8-17 years with learning difficulties and have experienced various trauma.
 
Your responsibilities as Senior Support Worker will be ensuring the quality and starts within various homes against quality assessment frameworks, audits of the homes/resident's bedsits and communal areas - you will be working closely with health and safety advisors and the quality management lead - do you have prior experience within health and social care within a similar position? Hourly pay up to £14.55 per hour 
Located in Tile Hill, Coventry

Prior experience within a similar position
