Sales & Marketing Administrator, Leisure Marine - East Midlands

Working for the European Distributor of a World leading brand of high quality outboard powered fast fishing / angling boats.

As Sales & Marketing Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting the International Dealer Sales Manager.

Role Purpose:
To support the Sales Manager in the administration and logistics of product shipments in and around the UK.
To support the Managing Director with marketing duties and any other adhoc duties as required.

Key Accountabilities & Duties:
•Ensure the main telephone is answered and forwarded accordingly.
•Support the Dealer Manager in their role.
•Book flights, hotels, taxis for the sales and business development team.
•Arrange the shipment of marketing materials to their required location.
•Manage the booking for exhibitions and trade shows.
•Maintain the Marketing asset log to ensure company assets are controlled.
•Any other Ad hoc duties as required

The right person will have working in Sales Support. Marketing Support or Sales Administration role.

Knowledge or experience of boats / the leisure marine sector would be a significant advantage. Alternatively experience of high value or luxury products (car sales etc.) could be an advantage.

The package includes a competitive basic salary.
