The Company:
Pertemps are recruiting for a Receptionist on a temporary ongoing basis, on behalf of a company in the local area.
 
The role:
Undertake the smooth running of a busy reception area. Being the first point of contact for face-to-face and telephone enquiries. Carrying out general office administration duties.
Main responsibilities:

Excellent communication skills—verbal
Good knowledge and understanding in using computers.
Microsoft Office skills—Outlook, Word, and Excel
First point of contact for enquiries both face-to-face and on the telephone for clients, professional contacts
Showing new customers around the office spaces
Ensuring front of house areas are always clean and tidy.
Be confident working independently, demonstrating good initiative and be a strong problem solver.
Diplomatic, friendly, and approachable
Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
General office administration duties—filing, photocopying, scanning etc.,
Promoting the company on Facebook. 
Hours of work:
9.30am-3pm Monday to Friday
£12 p/hour
