Procurement and Contracts Coordinator  

Full time – Permanent

£35,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a Procurement and Contracts Coordinator to join their growing, fast based team based in Brierley Hill. The ideal candidate is efficient, highly organised and proficient in maintaining supplier relationships.

Main Duties:

Manage purchase ordering for all orders
Track PO’s and ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with suppliers on costs, lead times and stock levels.
Centralise and track contracts, servicing, leases and agreements.
Update the team with any delays or issues with suppliers.
Manage and update stock and pricing on in-house systems
Resolve any invoice queries with the accounts team
Act as the main point of contact for suppliers over the phone or email
 Relevant Experience (required) 

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in procurement
Excel, Outlook and other inhouse systems
Maintaining supplier relationships
Some experience with purchasing
 Personal Attributes

Highly organised
Confident working in a fast-paced office
Ability to use own initiative and handle difficult situations calmy and competently.
Understand the importance of certain tasks by prioritising workloads.
Good communication skills
