Early Careers Teacher (NQT/ECT)

ABC Teachers are looking for ambitious Early Careers Teachers who can work full or part time on a flexible basis from September, in and around the Halesowen area to cover a range of different Primary aged year groups.

Here at ABC, we support a lot of ECT’s and what we find is that you are looking to broaden your knowledge and experience with different year groups and different schools.

Most of you also want to learn new styles and techniques from individuals who have been teaching for years.

This is something we can look to support you with.

We work with a range of schools within the area, and have done for many years. ABC would be keen to support you any way we can by supporting your needs and requirements to enter the world of teaching.

Requirements 
To be considered for the role, you will: 

Have a relevant QTS.
Be able to secure recent, relevant, referenceable experience from the past two years.
Have or be able to acquire a DBS on the update service.
Be able to establish good relationships with both students and staff, and be able to understand different learning styles of students and adapt to this accordingly.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a polite and positive manner.
Pay  

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS status and experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.
