Hours: Mon - Thu 07:00am - 16:00pm Fri 07:00am - 13:00pm
Pay: From £11.44 p/hr
Contract: Temp - Perm
A local manufacturing company based in Stourport are looking for a Forklift Driver to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. To assist with despatch, moving items around the factory and keeping accurate records of despatch notes. Assembling of pallets is also required, the successful candidate should have basic knowledge of hand tools. MUST hold a valid, in date Forklift License.
The Duties of a Forklift Driver:
Distributing product to relevant sections
Using the Forklift to load and unload lorries
Supporting with deliveries
Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and materials
Ability to work alongside a team
Using a variety of hand tools to assemble pallets
The Requirements of a Forklift Driver:
High levels of attention to detail
MUST hold a valid in date Forklift licence
High levels of communication
Ensuring productivity is maintained to a high level
Experience in Factory environment desirable.
The role of a Forklift Driver is working on a Temporary to Permanent basis, assisting the team in despatch to ensure work is completed efficiently.
