Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Are you passionate about education and dedicated to helping young learners achieve their full potential? We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a primary school, located in Dudley, West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
* Lead small group activities and interventions to support the learning needs of individual students.
* Contribute to the planning, preparation, and assessment of lessons under the guidance of teaching staff.
* Assist with the management of classroom behavior, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Utilize your expertise to support pupils with special educational needs, including those with EHCPs.
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create effective learning strategies and resources.
* Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the smooth running of the school.
Requirements:
* Hold a relevant qualification such as a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant certificate.
* Previous experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
* A proactive approach to supporting student progress and addressing individual learning needs.
* An understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
